How is core body temperature collected?

The BAND V2 does not directly measure core body temperature from the arm. Instead, it uses state-of-the-art methods developed to estimate and closely track core body temperature from accelerometry and sequential heart rate readings. Historically, similar methods have been applied by researchers in the U.S. Army.
