How to reboot a BAND V2

Periodically, for a variety of reasons it may become necessary to reboot a BAND V2.

There are two methods to reboot a BAND V2:

Soft Rebooting the BAND V2

1. Remove device from the charger
2. Place device with logo side down (green PPG sensor facing upward)
3. Leave device for 7 minutes
4. Return device to the charger

Hard Rebooting the BAND V2

1. Connect the device to the charger and remove the device from the charger in rapid succession at least 5 times within 5 seconds.
2. Place the device back on the charger.

Note: If the device properly rebooted, then once placed back on charger the device's LED's will turn off for several seconds before turning back on.
