How to reboot a BAND V2

Periodically, for a variety of reasons it may become necessary to reboot a BAND V2.

There are two methods to reboot a BAND V2:

Soft Rebooting the BAND V2

1. Remove device from the charger
2. Place device with logo side down (green PPG sensor facing upward)
3. Leave device for 7 minutes
4. Return device to the charger

Hard Rebooting the BAND V2

1. Connect the device to the charger and remove the device from the charger in rapid succession 5 times within 5 seconds.
2. Place the device back on the charger.

Note: If the device properly reboot, then once placed back on charger the device's LED's will turn off for several seconds before turning back on.
